East Havering Data Centre Campus

Description

Digital Reef, in collaboration with Havering Council, is developing the East Havering Data Centre campus, a green energy and ecology park project, announced in late 2022. The initiative will create 1,024 local jobs, boost the UK’s digital infrastructure, and establish a 113-hectare accessible ecology park with cycling and walking routes.

Elevate Quarter

Description

The development will be built alongside GSK’s existing global R&D centre and Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst — the UK’s leading hub for advanced therapeutics.

The new campus, set to become one of the largest of its kind in the UK and Europe, will be developed alongside GSK’s existing global R&D centre in Stevenage. It will deliver up to £900 million in new investment and provide approximately 1.4 million square feet of laboratory and office space, creating capacity for up to 5,000 new jobs.

The Store

Description
